Warranty related to winterizing needs to be photographed and submitted in writing prior to May 1st of the spring following the winter it was performed. All work related to claims need to be done by River Shore Marine, unless released in writing. If a dispute occurrs about what is thought to be related to winterizing a third party can be agreed upon to resolve the issue. Warranty related to installations are tyically one year, unless stated otherwise. There is no waranty on products when provided by the owner. Claims can be emailed to [email protected]
